Dan started his career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s leading accounting firms, after graduating from UC Riverside with a BS in Business Administration and USC with a Masters in Accounting. He worked as a Senior Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoppers in the Honolulu, Sacramento and Newport Beach offices auditing some of the nation’s leading companies and government agencies. 

Dan served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Board member for public technology company SimpleTech for 16 years.  During his tenure as CFO, SimpleTech was named the 13^th fast growing privately-held company in the US in 1995.  The company successfully launched an initial public offering in 2000 on the Nasdaq stock exchange, and later achieved a company value of over $2 billion.  Dan oversaw the company’s financial, budgeting, and internal control systems, and was integral to the successful acquisition of numerous companies. 

Dan later transitioned into a career in real estate, buying more than 30 investment properties for remodel and resale, and purchasing more than 10 income properties. Dan spent two years as a licensed appraiser and seven years as a residential realtor with RE/MAX before accepting a position as a commercial property manager for MSM Global in June 2024.
