Space is a private real estate investment, development, and management company led by seasoned investors and entrepreneurs. Our team, boasting over 70 years of collective experience, has collaborated with the nation’s foremost real estate owners to execute transactions exceeding $18 billion. Our projects span various sectors, including retail, industrial, multifamily, and office spaces primarily in the Western U.S.
With access to both short and long-term capital, we aim to acquire assets that offer potential for asymmetrical gains and above-average performance over time. Our efforts are centered on our investors, tenants, and their customers, as we dedicate ourselves to crafting environments that enable our tenants’ businesses to flourish. Dan Moses
Dan started his career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s leading accounting firms, after graduating from UC Riverside with a BS in Business Administration and USC with a Masters in Accounting. He worked as a Senior Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoppers in the Honolulu, Sacramento and Newport Beach offices auditing some of the nation’s leading companies and government agencies.
Dan served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Board member for public technology company SimpleTech for 16 years. During his tenure as CFO, SimpleTech was named the 13th fast growing privately-held company in the US in 1995. The company successfully launched an initial public offering in 2000 on the Nasdaq stock exchange, and later achieved a company value of over $2 billion. Dan oversaw the company’s financial, budgeting, and internal control systems, and was integral to the successful acquisition of numerous companies.
Dan later transitioned into a career in real estate, buying more than 30 investment properties for remodel and resale, and purchasing more than 10 income properties. Dan spent two years as a licensed appraiser and seven years as a residential realtor with RE/MAX before accepting a position as a CFO & Asset Management for Space Investment Partners in June 2024.
