Pierce Stemler

Property Manager

Pierce Stemler began his career with Tiarna Real Estate Services working in property management at various commercial properties located in Southern California managed by Tiarna. He subsequently moved to Boston, joined CBRE New England, where he managed the day-to-day operations of nearly 900,000 square feet of office space throughout the Boston area. Upon his return to Southern California, he joined Space Investment Partners where is he responsible for the day-to-day operations of the commercial properties and marina including leasing, tenant satisfaction, maintenance and capital improvements.

Pierce graduated from DePauw University: majoring in Economics, played varsity tennis and was part of several study groups including one in Asia. While in Boston he enrolled in Boston University’s Commercial Real Estate graduate program.
