Clark is a commercial real estate professional with over 9 years of experience across various product types in Southwest U.S. markets. Prior to joining Space in 2022, Clark with CapRock Partners in Newport Beach as assistant Vice President of Asset Management covering Southern California and Phoenix where he was responsible for the development, leasing , business plan execution of Industrial product. During his time at CapRock, Clark worked on over 6.5 million square feet of entitlements and ground up development throughout the Southwest U.S. Prior to joining CapRock Partners, Clark was a senior analyst at HFF (now JLL) in Newport Beach, CA where he was responsible for the underwriting of $7.5 Billion of commercial real estate opportunities within the Western United States on behalf of both private and institutional investors.

Clark obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 2015. His current affiliations include: Board of Directors Free Wheelchair Mission: Miracle of Mobility and a member of the Mariners Christian School Alumni Board and Mariners Church Men’s Ministry. Clark resides in Newport Beach with his wife and sons.
